Black Forest Chia Pudding

It's not hard to get out of bed when you have this waiting for you! And it's super quick and easy to prep the night before leaving you and the kids the fun part of "layering" in the morning. The layers are:

1. Cacao Chia Pudding (1/4 pint whole milk or any other milk, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 2 teaspoons cacao, 1 teaspoon maple syrup).

2. Chopped fresh cherries (bought in the wet market).

3. Chia Almond Pudding (1/4 pint of any milk), 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon ground almonds and 1 tablespoons of mashed, sweated cherries.

4. Sprinkle of cacao nibs (great for libido did you know... but possibly omit for the kids. They have no appreciation for chocolate in its most nutritious form, and will simply demand M&

Ms instead).

5. Cherry on top!

When you prep your chia pudding, simply mix the seeds with your milk of choice. Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight if possible. Just before you go to bed, if you remember, mix the seeds again, then there is less chance of them being clumpy in the morning.
