Mince pies and Christmas pudding can be seriously livened up with a dollop of Brandy butter so here is our quick recipe:
What you need:
125g icing sugar
125 unsalted butter
2 dessertspoons of Brandy or Cognac
Drop of boiling water
Drop of vanilla extract
Blend all the ingredients above and serve warm with mince pies. Keeps in the fridge in a jar for a few weeks.
