CLASSIC DISHES TO TEACH YOUR HELPER - Everyone has their own family favourites that they love to cook and eat time and time again. I am putting together a list of mine and also teaching my helper how to make these, writing everything down with precise cooking instructions, techniques and advice on which meat to choose etc. One of these is a simple slow cooked beef & root vegetable stew with a gremolata (sounds fancy but it's just chopped garlic, rosemary and lemon zest) that you sprinkle on top when it has just come out the oven, and which makes the flavours EXPLODE.
