In 1st place were the Apple & Walnut Mini Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting. Take a close look at the rose on top, as it is actually made entirely of fine slices of lightly cooked apple!
In 2nd place, the Vegan Pumpkin Spiced Latte Pie which contained tofu as a binder in the frosting and impressed all the tasters from a technical as well as taste perspective.
In 3rd place, the Individual Size Lemon Cheesecake with Lemon Curd which was sour, tangy, tart and sweet - very well balanced overall.
