    WHICH TUNA?

     

    My family love tuna, and in canned form it's a convenient protein to have on the hand to shove it in sandwiches, salads and pasta dishes. However it is well known that fishing for it can have many negative effects including the endangering of albatross and dolphins. I was therefore wondering which of the canned varieties was the best, if any, and found this useful link from Greenpeace which ranks them for sustainability and ethics. I have seen quite a few of the failing brands in HK supermarkets, but number. 1 is the Wild Planet Wild Albacore tuna,  available on iherb.
