Coconut Chicken - gluten-free
This a very quick version of a recipe I saw on Loula Natural, soaking chicken pieces in coconut milk, dipping them in coconut flour before frying them in butter. She takes it one step further with turmeric and dessicated coconut, but I was short of time!
