Cleanses: stress, pollution, bad diets, coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, not to mention CHRISTMAS(!), can all make our body acidic, whereas green food powders are inherently alkaline forming so can reduce the pH of our body, crucial for good health. Green food powders are easy to mix into smoothies, juices, or simply on their own in a glass of water and TrueGreens (Body Awakening green-food powder) is particularly good because it is loaded with quality vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and probiotics, which are bodies do not typically gain from our normal diets. TrueGreens contains: Spirulina, Chlorella, Alfalfa Grass, Wheatgrass, Mung Beans, Carrot and Beetroot. All ingredients are organic and bio-fermented in a GMP medical lab in Australia and contain 5billion probiotics per serving.
