BATTLE OF THE BAKERS! If you fancy yourself as a bit of baker (amateurs only pls) and would like to enter a HK based competition a bit like The Great British Bake Off, but also including lessons in baking techniques, check out The Battle of the Bakers, organised by The Rose Petal Cakery and Umami Concepts. Entries must be submitted by Sept. 27th with the 50 finalists announced on Oct. 2nd and the first tastings on Oct. 12th. Do read the terms & conditions regarding entrance fees and check your calendar as you will be required most Saturdays in November as well as a few other dates.
